Five Star Valet specializes in providing resort style valet parking services for hotels, restaurants, private country clubs and corporate/community events. Our friendly and experienced valet associates will provide a “Five Star” greeting to all guests. You only get one chance to make a first impression at your front door!
Five Star Valet was founded under the premise that excellence leads to success. Company founder, Joey Rock started Five Star Valet in 2003 based on years of parking experience he gained while serving as the Head Doorman at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. After 15+ years, the company has grown from a single account to currently serving over 60 clients with the assistance of over 200 full-time and part-time valet associates. We will exceed our competition by providing superb levels of service excellence coupled with our high standards related to staff recruitment, training and ongoing valet recertification process. Our corporate office is located at 1415 Panther Lane, Naples, FL 34109.

Five Star Valet employees 200 W2 employees, all of whom receive benefits, 401k and are covered under workman’s comp insurance, thus limiting your exposure to liability. All our valets go through our “Standards of Excellence” training program to ensure they meet or exceed the expectations of your club or business. We can also onboard your existing staff, offering benefits such as healthcare and 401k, ensuring your guests continue to see the same familiar faces when they arrive.
All our valets are professionals whom adhere to strict appearance and grooming standards. The familiar face arrives on time and warmly greets members by name and knows their preferences and vehicles. They are familiar with your facility, membership, culture and ensures the culture and standards of your club or business are maintained.

Joey Rock
President
As President of Five Star Valet, Joey serves as the primary contact person for client relationships, site recommendations, cost proposals, program implementation, and account administration. He is also responsible for the quality assurance, and he oversees all training programs. His approach for success includes conducting weekly meetings to motivate our team, coordinating with the managers, and performing on-going client communication.
Joey’s business management skills and commitment to our Service Promise have been the basis for Five Star Valet’s business procedures. He puts a high value on people and company culture, he believes that if we take care of our team members, they will take care of those we serve.
ALBERTO CASTELLON
Senior Vice President
Alberto began his career in hospitality in 2003 where he gained experience in the luxury and lifestyle sectors of hotel and residential operations. In 2008 he made a shift into the parking industry and was able to use his formative learning in ways that helped shape the culture and processes for the companies he was a part of. Alberto has headed hospitality teams in the parking industry in several markets within the Southeastern US since 2012. Today he helps Joey by leading in operations, business development, system strategy and people. He is a University of Miami School of Business graduate. His years of experience in hospitality and management are a tremendous asset to Five Star Valet.
LEYNA ROCK
Executive Director
Leyna Rock serves as the driving force behind who we are as a team to the core, leading with a clear vision for excellence, efficiency, and growth. With a strong focus on performance and innovation, Leyna develops and implements strategies that enhance operational efficiency, optimize staffing, and maximize revenue.
Leyna cultivates a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service, she empowers managers and frontline staff to perform at their best. Through hands-on leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to continuous improvement, she ensures the organization not only meets expectations—but consistently exceeds them.
Ryan Erhardt
Director of operations
Ryan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of 5 Star Valet. He is deeply involved in the hiring, training and development of our valet staff and assists in exploring and implementing new opportunities for our clients. Ryan began his career with 5 Star as a valet attendant and quickly climbed his way into the leadership of our operations team. With over 8 years in the service industry, his versatile background enables him to ensure that our team continues to provide excellent service.

Cameron brings expertise in human resources and finance to his role as the Human Resources & Finance manager. He is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, earning a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Cameron is a certified SHRM professional, ensuring the organization’s policies and procedures meet industry best practices while maintaining regulatory compliance.
In his role, Cameron oversees human resources and financial operations, ensuring alignment between people strategy and fiscal responsibility. His responsibilities span performance management, benefits and 401(k) administration, payroll oversight, policy development, HRIS management, and regulatory compliance, while also encompassing full oversight of company invoicing and coordination with the accounting department. This integrated approach supports operational efficiency and the organization’s overall financial stability.

He manages staff scheduling, training, and performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. He also coordinates with clients and venues, handle logistics, and resolves issues in real time to keep operations running smoothly.
JENNA MORAN
Operations Manager
A recent MBA graduate and student-athlete at Charleston Southern University, she also holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing. As an Operations Manager focused on hotel property management, she supports daily operations, staffing, and service standards while contributing to marketing initiatives and brand alignment. She works closely with property leaders on team coordination, hiring, and client relationships, bringing strong communication, organization, and proactive leadership to every operation.

As an Operation Manager Sean plays a key role in overseeing and supporting valet operations. He helps ensure daily operations run smoothly and service standards are consistently met across all locations. Sean helps with scheduling, assists with the interview and hiring process, and is an active part of the training team, helping develop and prepare team members for success. He also acts as a direct line of communication for employees, providing clear and immediate direction to support efficient, professional operations.
