The training and development of our valet parking associates is essential to our business success.  Our recertification training program helps keep lines of communication open and allows each individual to be accountable for their performance. We encourage our staff to grow and learn through various development programs, including community volunteer work and training to build motivational skills. Our goal is to constantly improve as an organization, while being a seamless extension of your organization and adding value to your establishment.

• Maintain concentration and think clearly in all driving conditions.
• Ensure the security of the vehicle while being parked.
• Perform assignments with minimal supervision.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the history and locations.
• You will have direct access to company officers and “hands-on” business owner/manager – Joey Rock – to discuss program changes related to service, hours, schedules.
• We are able to accept credit card payments for valet parking fees.
• We will provide the necessary valet tickets and a quality built key podium.
• We have the resources to provide as many valet’s as required to meet your parking needs through our ongoing recruitment programs.
• Our employees are selected based on a rigorous process that includes an online interview, followed by a face to face interview, DMV record check and a criminal background check.
• Our training and ongoing retraining process is based on an aggressive hospitality approach which has proven most effective with our clients and guests.
• We will be a seamless extension of your organization as a result of our strict standards for grooming and appearance.
• Due to our large staff of valet associates in South West Florida, we have the ability to shift valet staff among the various locations to meet short term peak staffing requirements.
• We will share comments we receive from the customers/guests with you to allow us to collaborate on possible service improvements.
• Five Star Valet started its operations in Naples, and we plan on continuing successful long term relationships and growth with the Naples community.
