Five Star Valet was founded under the premise that excellence leads to success. Company founder, Joey Rock, started Five Star Valet in 2002 based on years of parking experience he gained while serving as the Head Doorman at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. He built Five Star Valet from an initial account to currently servicing over 60 clients with the assistance of over 150 valet associates. Our excellent level of service coupled with our high standards related to hiring, training and recertification process exceeds our competition.
The basis of our company structure is our highly trained staff. We take pride in our staff because we recognize they make our company the best it can be. We start the hiring process by screening each and every employee with a comprehensive interview process which includes a personality test. Upon selection, each employee goes through a 5 Star Valet orientation which includes training with upper management staff, and finally an evaluation to make sure each valet associate is 5 Star Certified.
