Five Star Valet specializes in providing resort style valet parking services for hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, country clubs, shopping centers, corporate and community events. Our History

This locally owned company was founded on the first-class parking amenities expected in South Florida where clean and quality automobiles are part of the culture. Company founder, Joseph Rock, started the company in 2002 based on years of parking experience he gained while serving as the Head Doorman at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples, FL. The company has grown to a company that is currently serving over 50 clients with the assistance of over 80 valet staff associates.

Service Approach

Five Star Valet customizes our services to meet the specific requirements of your parking needs. To understand your requirements, we ask you to please complete our Service Request Form. Based on the information you provide, we prepare a proposal that provides a site specific valet parking service plan for your review and approval. The proposal also defines the scope and cost of our services and serves as the basis of our contractual relationship. We can provide a turn-key service that allows you to outsource the full responsibility of your parking operations or we can provide valets to supplement your in-house valet operations on an as needed basis.

We understand the dynamics of valet parking from the extensive experience working in a variety of venues. We look forward to the challenges involved with each new parking program and guarantee that we will bring innovative and flexible approaches to allow for smooth operations.
